Dave Bertoncini has 30 years of experience in consumer lending, specializing in consumer credit risk and business strategy and has been involved in the entry strategy or de nova launch of multiple lending platforms. At Capital One, he was one of business analysts who developed the model and entry strategy for Capital One’s initial diversification and acquisition over two decades ago. From 2007-2019, he held various roles at Flagship Credit Acceptance and its affiliate CarFinance, including Chief Risk Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Recently, he was Head of Auto Lending for Avant Financial before joining Tenet Energy in 2022. Dave holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and a M.S. in Economics.
