Kathy Ruffalo is a government affairs consultant with over 30 years of bi-partisan public policy experience at both federal and state levels of government.
From 1989 to 1999, Kathy served as a senior policy advisor to the United States Senate Environment and Public Works Committee where she worked on issues such as transportation safety, financing and environmental policy.
From 1999 to 2004, Kathy left Washington to become a senior policy advisor to Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne.
In 2006, Kathy was appointed by the United States Congress to be a member of the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission.
Ms. Ruffalo is a 1989 graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences.
